We focus on the physical and mental benefits of boxing for general conditioning, learning proper technique, workouts include hitting pads and shadow boxing, you will not be fighting or getting hit.

About

My name is Vonie and I'm passionate about teaching boxing for fitness because it's one of the most powerful ways to help people grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Boxing isn't just about throwing punches, it's about building confidence, discipline and inner strength.
I have over 10 years experience and knowledge of getting fit, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and preparing for endurance events, having competed in 22 Ultra Marathons including two Sahara Desert Marathon's and also trekked to Everest Base Camp twice.
Boxing has always been instrumental in my own training for these events, having gained my Boxing Coach ABA license in 2018, I now work as a boxing fitness coach, holding 1-2-1 sessions and regular group classes.
I love watching people discover what they’re capable of when they push past their limits and surprise themselves.
